File on server: data/contacts.csv — upload via SFTP/SCP, then Reload. Use Clear call history after a reload if numbers still show “already called”. Reset contacts & calls wipes both the file and the database (end any active call first).
Pause = finish this call, then wait. Resume = continue with the next CSV row. Stop = turn auto-dial off (after current call ends).
